Apologies accepted! It is a rarity that a business owner takes the time to reach out to make things right. My opinion and review are changed. Please consider us loyal customers. Thank you!

I had to get a refund for some flowers I ordered. At first, the person on the phone told me it would be no problem. It’s been over a week and I have yet to receive the refund. I’ve called twice and each time have been told that they couldn’t help me and that they needed a manager. While they were very polite and took down my information, no manager has yet to contact me. I’ll keep trying and hopefully I’ll be able to update this review

Had to call in a last minute order on homecoming and they not only provided me with the items needed for an amazing price but they did a absolutely phenomenal job on the bouquet and corsage with right under an hour to complete it. These ladies were extremely helpful and kind. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect experience especially when in a pinch. Thank you so much for doing such a fantastic job on the corsage and bouquet for my sons girlfriend for homecoming, she absolutely Loved them❤️🌹💐

Rebecca answered the phone so sweet and on such a busy holiday. I ordered flowers for my daughter on Valentines Day to get delivered to her work. They arrived on time. They are absolutely beautiful and made her day as well as mine. If I'm ever needing flowers 💐 in the area again you definitely have my business. Thanks 🥰
